Got a nightmare intruding on your daytime? 

Before you throw your hands up in despair, before you fall to bemoaning a fate or two, remember this: It's all in your head. Really, it is. The 9 of Air requires an attitude adjustment. I'm not suggesting fluffy bunnies and rose petals or vapid affirmations, but strapping on the boots and getting down to business. While it tends to be true one can't control everything, there are things you can do.


Do what you can do. Don't get caught up in the mental machinations of terrors and fears. Often getting out of your head means busy work or a walk or putting down the thing that's driving you crazy for awhile. Simply do something else. It might not make it all go away completely or solve the problem, but the nightmare will have a new perspective. Nothing wrong with shifting that on occasion.
