on a Monday morning walk

Forsythia along the way.
Things move in Slow Time half way up the mountain. Folks down at the bottom probably saw forsythia a few weeks earlier, but it's finally blooming up here. As are a host of other plants. Periwinkle, daffodils and shad trees ~ which means the shad are running in the Hudson and, tragically, the shad flies will be here soon. With a vengeance.

I'm good with Slow Time. Makes it easier to Do Nothing when I get around to doing it. Something I excel at.
A little closer.

A small bit of my road.

Self-portrait experiment with rocks.
And another one for yuks.

Why do you look so melancholy, my dearest friend?
